10 MIN WORKOUT | CHEST | DUMBBELLS ONLY
Here's a 10 minute chest workout that can be done anywhere as long as you have access to dumbbells and a bench. This workout is for anyone who is on a time constraint but still wants to get a workout in and feel like they were challenged. Beginners can take longer rest times to make it easier. Advanced lifters can increase the difficulty with your weight choices and adding failure sets.
