MTB EMERGENCY / **BROKEN HIP**

Took a trip to north wales with the crew last weekend to sample some of the not so loamy north wales dirt! Brilliant day was had by all until the crash Happened! Our good friend Adam had a big crash and landed on his hip which we all initially thought was broken! After a few days in the hospital, Adam found out he has some internal bleeding and bruising but nothing was broken.

Just a quick thank you to Steve at Foel who helped sort the ambulance out and to keep Adam warm! and also thank you to the north wales emergency services who got to the scene as quick as they could.
