In this video, a former D.A. -- now a juvenile crimes defense lawyer -- explains "home on probation" in juvenile court.

Home on probation is one of the disposition or sentencing options a judge has in juvenile court. A minor placed home on probation is allowed to live at hime with his or her family, but must abide by certain terms and conditions of probation. These may include going to school, maintaining passing grades, staying out of trouble, obeying parents, drug testing or counseling, and returning to juvenile court on a regular basis to show progress.

If you or a loved one has been arrested, we invite you to contact us at Shouse Law Group. We can provide a free consultation in office or by phone.
