California looking to reduce dependence on oil with tougher regulations
California is the seventh largest producer of oil in the United States, and oil and gas companies there have a long history in the region. But as it seeks to reduce its dependence on oil - and enacts tougher regulations - the state's oil regions face an uncertain future. CNA's Ira Spitzer reports.
