Visual designer Charis Tsevis will offer a lecture focusing on the lessons he was taught during his college years but only learned and appreciated later in life. Ideas that guided his career, but most of all shaped his life.

Charis Tsevis is a Greek visual designer. He studied in Athens and Milan and is now living in Paphos, Cyprus. His client list includes lots of Fortune 500 corporations and many of the most critical world media.
He is a visiting professor at AKTO College and often writes articles about design, aesthetics, and the history of informatics. His work has been exhibited in galleries and museums in Barcelona, San Jose, and Athens and features in private collections worldwide.
His client list includes companies like Nike, Google, Ferrari, PepsiCo, Toyota, and IKEA, advertising agencies like TBWA\Chiat\Day, Saatchi & Saatchi LA, DDB Munich, and Leo Burnett Hong Kong, and media like Time, Fortune, Wired, and The Wall Street Journal.
Charis has been a visiting professor of Editorial Design and Typography at the AKTO College in Athens since 1996. He has also presented seminars at the Panteion University of Athens and given lectures at numerous national and international conferences and symposiums including the International Conference on Typography and Visual Communication, TEDx Athens, Adobe MAX, World Design Day, Art Directors Club Europe Festival of Festivals, and many more.
Charis often writes articles about design theory, aesthetics, and the history of computing in some of the most highly respected art and IT magazines in Greece.
