ID Refusal - Officer Thinks Suspicion Is A Crime!

Today’s video comes from the channel The Citizen Sight News. In this video, the man behind the camera had his phone out recording the surrounding area outside the New York Police department. As he’s doing so, he is stopped by officer Mohammed and is asked what he is doing, when the man tells him he’s just recording, the officer decides to detain him. His reasoning is because he’s filming cars around the area and the officer believes that this is an illegal act. We all know it’s not, but lets watch the video and see this officer make a fool of himself.
