Ransomware does not always stay behind a screen anymore. Some attackers are escalating from phone calls and remote access scams to physically showing up as fake IT support.

The scary part is not that the attacker is a genius hacker. It is that a polo shirt, confidence, and physical access can bypass defenses that were built for remote threats.
