Ingredients:
for the base top:
biscuits - 300 g (10.6 oz)
milk - 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
boiled condensed milk - 300 g (10.6 oz)
walnuts - 150 g (5.3 oz)
peanuts - 150 g (5.3 oz)
for the cream:
milk - 500 ml (16.9 fl oz)
vanilla flavored pudding powder - 60 g (2 oz)
sugar - 50 g (1.76 oz)
vanilla sugar- 10 g (0.35 oz)
To cold
mascarpone -250 g (1.76 oz)
whipped cream - 300 g (10.6 oz)
(to caramelize the peanuts):
sugar - 30 g (1 oz)
water - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
peanuts - 100 g (3.5 oz)
for the glaze:
whipped cream - 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
dark chocolate - 200 g (7 oz)
for decoration:
caramelized peanuts - 20 g (0.7 oz)
