Volkswagen Up is 1000 cc car and very rarely found in Pakistani markets. It comes in 2 body styles; 3 door and 5 door. Pakistani zuban mei 2 door and 4 door. Angraiz log diggi ko bhi door hi kehtay hain. Jahil kahein kay :p

Launched in 2011 and the very next year in 2012 it was awarded the prestigious award of World Car of the Year. Which means it got very popular at least across 5 countries in a very short period of time.

What was particularly surprising being a desi was that for back seats leg space and head space were not up to the par as compared to Japanese 1000cc variants of Passo and Vitz. Even more shocking was that no retractable power side mirrors, and even for the driver side the power window was not fully power. Khair bhaiya award of the year wali gari hai. Kuch to khas hoga.

PRICE TAG in Pakistan = 16.5-20 lac.
