How to reset the root password on RHEL 9 | Most easy way

Restart your RHEL server.
Use arrow key ↑↓
At the GRUB boot menu, press e to edit the kernel parameters.
Find the line starting with linux.
Go to the end of that line and add rw init=/bin/bash
Press Ctrl+x or F10 to boot with these modified parameters.
Type passwd to set new password
Type touch /.autorelabel
Type /sbin/reboot -f
