Peppermint OS 10: Installation Feezes - Workaround

Some people are having issues installing Peppermint 10 with the UEFI USB version of the installer which opens the installer from the GRUB menu. Here is a workaround that I've found works that may help with the installation process as it will open the Legacy, non-UEFI version of the installer. I'm not sure why this works but I hope it will help you.
