Brussels has plans to target UK Rejoiners but an EU wide Exit movement is developing! (4k)

While the EU Parliament plans to attract the pro-Rejoiners in the UK, there are the stirrings of a mass anti-EU movement across the EU. But what's this about the EU and Haggis?

Brussels has plans to target UK Rejoiners but an EU wide Exit movement is developing!

So the EU Parliament intends to keep its office in London functioning in order to keep the Pro-Rejoiners in the UK, especially the younger ones, on side.

But while it does that, politicians across the EU are looking to get together to form a massive EurExit platform.

In early 2019, the EU Parliament made the decision to maintain an office presence in London. And on the evening of last Tuesday the 19th of January, the Bureau of the Parliament agreed to use that presence to give UK citizens the ability to participate.

And the next day, the following press release was issued:

"Following its decision in February 2019 to maintain the European Parliament's presence in the UK, notably through its London Office, the Bureau of the Parliament (President Sassoli and Vice-Presidents) agreed on Monday night to adapt its communication programmes to ensure that UK citizens, in particular the younger generation and the millions of EU27 citizens residing in the country, are still able to participate.

"Opinion multiplier groups, youth groups and organisations will be able to participate in debates and events offered by the European Parliament like the European Youth Event, which brings together thousands of young Europeans every two years in Strasbourg and online (8000 young people took part in the 2018 event).

And on hearing that you can imagine the ears of teachers and university lecturers pricking up across the land wondering if they can get their charges through the programme once the lockdown ends, can't you?

Well, the Express begs to differ. It has got its hands on an internal memo from Klaus Welle, the EU Parliament secretary-general.

The Express says that this internal document:

"... shows the bloc is preparing to target the "younger generation" in the UK because of perceived support for the Brussels project. According to the blueprint, the European Parliament will maintain its office in London to orchestrate the spread of pro-EU propaganda across the country. The secretive Bureau, of powerful MEPs, have decided to "maintain its presence in the UK, notably through the retention of the London Office"."

And it goes on to say that there will be national and regional authorities, media relations and outreach to citizens and stakeholders.

And further, on top of maintaining contact with EU citizens in the country, it will concentrate communication and outreach with UK citizens:

"... especially the younger generation, of whom 71 percent voted to remain in the EU." It says.

And part of all this would be EU-funded trips to Brussels and Strasbourg.

And already says the Express:

"The "European Parliament Ambassador Schools" scheme has been amended to include "all member states and former member states"."

So, it looks like MEPs are definitely targeting the UK for a Rejoin the EU programme, doesn't it?

And the pro-EU lobby in the UK and in the EU will be chuffed.

Contrast that to the EU response to Arron Banks organisation Leave.EU attempting to gain a presence within the EU so that it could maintain its dot EU website root domain name.

It turns out that there will be a shortage of Haggis across the EU for Burns Night dinners tonight.

And why? Because in a message of solidarity with Nicola Sturgeon and her pro-Rejoin the EU Scottish National Party (SNP), Eurocrats have banned Haggis from their shores.

As there appears to be a growing EU wide EurExit movement, with the leaders of Eurosceptic campaign groups across the bloc looking to work together.

With the Express reporting that:

"Generation Frexit founder Charles-Henri Gallois revealed he is teaming up with Italexit, Espexit and other anti-European Union campaigners in the continent, to launch a joint programme against the Brussels bloc."

He also said that he was for Frexit, a French Exit from the EU, but that it was not just a Frexit project.

And he said that he and other partner organisations were working a wider platform of EurExit.

And Italexit campaigner Gianluigi Paragone and Carlos Nogues of Somos Espana have confirmed they're in.

Now, there is already a EurExit manifesto that was committed to by the UK's Brexit Party, Italexit, Generation Frexit and the Spanish Somos Espana group.
