Cowboy Sushi

Sushi has become one of my favorite foods but with this recipe we "cowboy it up" a little with beef. This how-to recipe comes from our cookbook, A Taste of Cowboy, available online and at major retailers nationwide and also at kentrollins.com

Sauce recipe:
5 tbsp mayo
1 1/4 tbsp horseradish
1 tbsp worcestershire
1 1/4 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp liquid smoke
2 teaspoons light brown sugar
