How to make this super easy and yummy One Proof Mini Cheese Bread. Quick and easy to prepare, and even beginner-friendly recipe. So soft and fluffy, warm and cheesy perfect for breakfast or dinner because the preparation is so easy.

Here's what you'll need:
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
3 and 1/3 cup all purpose flour (420g) or bread flour-start from 3 cups
1/4 cup unsalted butter (55g)
1 tsp salt (skip the salt if using salted butter, please adjust according to the saltiness of the butter you are using

1 cup grated mozzarella
a teaspoon of dried or fresh parsley

Eggwash: 1egg +2 tablespoon milk

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C/350F, 18-20 minutes for conventional oven or 15 minutes for convection.
