Cadillac DeVille Brake Repair and Cruise FAIL! - Vice Grip Garage EP84

There's a cruise in the town where a guy lives, and I was tryin' to make it! The only thing that'll fit this guys family in, that half-way decently runs is the 1970 Cadillac I recently pulled from a field. I attempted to get the brakes repaired quickly in time for the cruise, didn't quite work out!
