First you will nee to find a small flat butter knife or Screw driver.
*First you will use flat tool at one of the metal ports to gently pry the first plastic snaps free.
*Next slowly slide the flat tool along the tablets seem to continue releasing all plastic snaps until the plastic backing comes free from the rest of the tablet.
*Then lay the tablet face down and locate the small wire that couples the battery to the motherboard.
* Using your flat tool again to uncouple the wire for a few seconds to reset the battery.
*Finally reconnect the wire and place plastic backing over the back of the tablet. Apply small even pressure over seems to reconnect.
