अहमदाबाद (गुजरात): शहर के चंदोला तालाब इलाके में अवैध अतिक्रमण के खिलाफ आज सुबह से बुलडोजर एक्शन का दूसरा चरण शुरू हो गया है। अहमदाबाद नगर निगम और पुलिस प्रशासन की संयुक्त कार्रवाई में कई अवैध निर्माणों को ध्वस्त किया गया। कार्रवाई को लेकर करीब 3000 पुलिसकर्मी तैनात किए गए हैं ताकि किसी भी प्रकार की कानून-व्यवस्था की स्थिति से निपटा जा सके। प्रशासन का लक्ष्य है कि 2.5 लाख वर्ग मीटर से अधिक क्षेत्र को अतिक्रमण मुक्त किया जाए। इस ज़ोरदार कार्रवाई में कई बुलडोजर एक साथ लाइन में चलाए गए, जिससे दृश्य बेहद सख्त और सशक्त संदेश देने वाले रहे। स्थानीय अधिकारियों के अनुसार, यह बुलडोजर कार्रवाई 2-3 दिन तक चल सकती है।
