Is it time to Move on From Pascal?

I've been using GPUs from the Geforce 10 series for...quite a long time now. After looking at some more modern options, I'm starting to wonder if it's still worth it to buy any old Pascal card used, or if newer better options have FINALLY eclipsed it.
