For so long, Disney has stood as the leader of the theme park industry. This video, which is split into two parts, breaks down how Disney will decline and how Universal parks will take their place. Here in part 1, I'm going to be breaking down the history of Disney fastpass and how Disney Genie further destroys the guest satisfaction of the already poor Disney experience. Part 2 will focus on other anti-consumer policies of the Walt Disney Company, as well as break down how Universal parks will rise to set the new industry standard for exceptional theme parks.
