Cost-of-living sends Aussies ‘effectively homeless’ as Labor spends big on ads
Sky News host Paul Murray says the cost-of-living issue continues while Albanese spends $172 million on political ads and $400 million on “brand new planes”.
“Cost-of-living still the number one issue, has been since this government came to be and it remains so two years after,” Mr Murray said.
“While the prime minister is spending $172 million on ads to pump his own tyres and $400 million on brand new planes … a survey of 1,500 of the Salvation Army’s financial service clients found two-thirds were often going without food so their children could eat.”
