Gurtaj Singh, the identified sho*ter in AAP leader Lucky Oberoi’s Hoshiarpur murder, remains at large despite multi-district hunts (Hoshiarpur, Nawanshahr, Amritsar, Jalandhar). A prior offender, he gunned down Abdul Mohammad in Dec 2025, this no-mobile tactician dodges tracking via Joga Pholriwal’s sleeper cell network. Oberoi’s wife has urged DGP for security, slamming Hoshiarpur police inaction: “They could’ve saved him.” Family now faces ongoing threats.
