Reviewing the 1/500 Lockheed L-1011-500 Tristar (Delta Air Lines) by Herpa 504898

The Lockheed L-1011 Tristar was the widebody trijet rival to the McDonnell Douglas DC-10, and the shorter fuselage -500 version offered almost 5,000 km more range than the original variant. Delta Air Lines operated the largest Tristar fleet and therefore their widget livery has become well associated with this particular plane, where it also looks the best, IMO.
