DIY Instant Stuffing Mix & Bread Crumbs (No Scary Ingredients) #homemade #diy #sourdough

More often, we are seeing items at the store containing bioengineered ingredients. We prefer not to use those products and instead, make our own, Today we are making instant stuffing mix and bread crumbs using sourdough loaves i baked. Since we do not often have freezer space or stale bread hanging around, we are preserving these items for the pantry to have when we need them. Little by little we are whittling away at our purchases from the grocery store and replacing with items we choose to make ourselves.

Recipe I used but adapted (no bouillon cubes because I will use homemade chicken stock). I will also make mine on the stove in a saucepan like the box variety in the store:
