MANIFESTING …. We are the creators of our lives…

I write down what I would like to create on my mirror, and then follow these 7 steps to manifesting.

1. Get specific on what you want, have the idea, the intention in your mind, write it down!
2. Visualise yourself, as if that thing you want to manifest is actually happening
3. Talk about it, put it out there
4. Bring it into your heart space, feel what it would feel like to have it come to life… the excitement, love, joy and gratitude
5. Take intentional action, aligning with your values
6. Have gratitude for it happening as it unfolds
7. Smile and enjoy ☺️
