Adult CPR
http://www.ProCPR.org - Adult CPR is performed by checking for patient responsiveness, abnormal breathing, and contacting emergency services. Next, check for a pulse, and begin CPR if the patient has no pulse. Perform 30 compressions at a rate of 100 per minute and a depth of 1.5 to 2 inches in the center of the chest. These 30 compressions should be followed by two rescue breaths, and repeat the cycle until an AED or emergency services arrives. Video created by ProTrainings.
