How to Magazine Image Transfer with a Gelli Plate - Secret Mono Printing Success Tip!

As most of you know, Gelli plate printing can be hit or miss. But I've discovered that using heavy body acrylic paints on the bottom and top layers are KEY to consistent printing successes! More keys:

* Always use a darker shade of paint on the first layer (bottom), and a lighter shade on top.
* After the first pull, let your plate image dry before adding the next layer of paint. I'd give it at least five minutes.
* Watercolor paper is another key to success!
