Assetto Corsa: Evo is now in early access, but the game feels more like a pre-alpha version than a finished product. Many players, including myself, are experiencing poor performance and low FPS, even on high-end GPUs. The main issue seems to be improper power draw—my GPU (RTX 3050 Ti, 95W max TDP) is only drawing 30-40W, leading to subpar gameplay.

While early access games are expected to have some issues, charging $32 for this level of performance feels unreasonable. Some players with extremely high-end GPUs are reporting better FPS, but for most, the game is not delivering as promised.

Hopefully, the developers address these optimization problems in future patches. Until then, it might be wise to wait before purchasing.
