Digital nomads in South Africa left in limbo as regulations withdrawn
The country signed its digital nomad visa into law in late March. The move was designed to attract remote workers and boost the economy. However, the southern African nation quickly withdrew the plan and is now making changes to it. Analysts say this highlights the challenges of balancing economic interests with regulatory frameworks.
