Lavender Lemon Spritz

This lavender lemon spritz is perfect for the spring and summer weather! With a base as strong as Brass Knuckles and the beautiful balance of spring flavors, it’s so smooth and easy to sip on a hot day. Cheers to spritz season!

Brass Knuckles’ Lavender Lemon Spritz

2 oz Brass Knuckles Canadian Whiskey @bkwhiskey
1 oz lavender syrup
3 oz lemonade
2-3 oz prosecco
1-2 oz club soda
Lemon wheel and lavender garnish
(Optional) Lavender ice- see below

Method: If making lavender ice, stir 1.5 oz lavender syrup into 8 oz of water until combined. Add to ice mold and freeze overnight. Add Brass Knuckles Canadian Whiskey and lavender syrup to glass. Fill with ice and add lemon wheel. Add lemonade, prosecco and club soda. Garnish and enjoy!
