Ingredients:

Serves 6 - 8 pax

20g white peppercorns (crushed lightly)
10g black peppercorns (crushed lightly)
1kg chicken feet or bones
4L water
2 bulbs garlic (with skin on)
1kg chicken
15g rock sugar
1 can button mushrooms
4 teaspoon salt
