CUTTING and COOKING *MASSIVE* Pumpkin Swordfish - BBQ Bacon Wrap

Here's part 2 of the big 381 lb swordfish we caught. The charter guests took the majority of the fish home with them but let us keep a chunk to give to our friends and family. After cutting up the fish we head back home and do some of my favorite bacon wrapped bbq swordfish bites! I show you how to prepare and cook them, but unfortunately we lose the footage of us eating them. They were delicious though and you should try them at home some time!
