Instant Wheat Rava Idli !! No grinding! Diabetic friendly!
This video shows how to make an instant tasty idli using broken wheat. Also known as Daliya or Wheat rava this is easy to make and tasty too
Ingredients
Wheat Rava/lapsi/Broken wheat 1 cup
Sour curd 11/2 cups
Oil 1 Tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
urad dal1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves a few
Water 3/4 cup
Peas 1 Tbsp(optional)
Eno fruit salt 1/4 tsp
Pudina kara Chutney
Oil 1/2 tsp
Channa dal 1 tbsp
Dry red chillies 2
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Salt
Mint /pudina leaves a handful
