Difference Between PAF AWACS ZDK-03 and Chinese KJ-500. Also where are KJ-2000 and KJ-200 gone?

1: People say that KJ-500 and Pakistan`s ZDK-03 are 1 and same thing. I disagree.
2: These very different planes. Mission is same that is AWACS. Both are Air borne Early warning.
3: ZDK-03 was handed over to Pakistan Air Force in 2011. And KJ-500 Entered service in 2015.
4: That’s a gap of minimum 4 years. Do you think nothing improves in 4 years.
5: Also main difference is of Platform. ZDK-03 is based on Y-8 and KJ-500 is based on Y-9.
6: These are 2 different Planes with common base that is Antonov An-12.
7: Now Lets Talk about Chinese AWACS. Where did KJ-500 came from? Why I said this?
8: I said this because china started with KJ-2000. You may remember. It was based on Russian IL-78.
9: Interesting things that only 5 KJ-2000 were being built. WHY?
10: Then there was a KJ-200. A Balance Beam like radar. Same as PAF ERIEYE. Which was considered inferior to KJ-2000 because its coverage area was only 120 degree on both sides. As compared to 360 degree of KJ-2000.
11: In mean time china provided ZDK-03 to Pakistan which was based on Y-8. As I mentioned earlier.
12: Now China had 2 Types KJ-2000 with 360 degree on a Bigger platform IL-78 with turbofan engine
13: and KJ-200 with 240 degree scan area on smaller platform Y-8. Both totaled with 15 only.
14: I think what happened was is that 2 things happened. 1: Maybe Russia Stopped delivery of IL-78 to china. 2: China made its own bigger transport plane Y-20.
15: which means china has decided that they will not make their main AWACS on Russian plane.
16: Definitely Turbofan engine is better than turbo prop engine. And Bigger Platform means more things in 1 plane.
17: Meantime china made this KJ-500 as a stop gap for its Air force PLAAF and Navy PLAN
18: KJ-500 according to me is a stop gap for Chinese air force.
