Kuala Lumpur by Foot - Coolest city in the world?

We arrived at the Kuala Lumpur airport at around 1 am. Instead of trying to figure out a late night hotel and taxi ride we just found a nice spot on the floor and spent the night in the airport. The next morning around 6 am we got a taxi ride into the city and found our AirBnB. Our place was $20 and was floor 18 with a great view of the city.

Instead of trying to haggle and deal with Taxi drivers all day we decided to explore the city by foot. This city is really cool! We got stuck in some rain and thunder in the morning but it cleared up a bit for us in the afternoon. This city was for sure a big contrast difference from where we have been spending our past couple months! Checked out the space needle, twin towers and the Petaling street market. We will be heading to the Batu Caves tomorrow.
