THE SALMON PASTA RECIPE
200g of spaghetti, uncooked.
2 tbsp of olive oil.
1 onion - finely chopped.
2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped.
Handful of cherry tomatoes - halved.
Tin of chopped tomatoes.
Handful of asparagus tips - chopped.
Herbs de Provence.
Large handful of basil - chopped.
Tbsp of red wine vinegar.
Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce.
Tbsp of creme fraiche.
2 salmon fillets.
50g of Manchego cheese - crumbled.

Firstly cook your spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling water for 10-11 mins.
Then in a large frying pan on medium heat, add tbsp of olive oil, garlic, onion and cherry tomatoes and fry for 3 mins.
Then add chopped tomatoes, asparagus, basil, herbs de Provence, red wine vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and stir in well.
Leave to cook for 5 mins and add tbsp of
Creme fraiche and stir in to sauce.
Set pan aside and grab another small frying pan.
Heat tbsp of olive oil on medium heat and add salmon fillets. Season fillets with herbs de Provence and fry for 10 mins, turning once or twice in that time.
Once spaghetti is cooked, return the tomato sauce to a low heat and stir in spaghetti to the sauce.
Then flake the salmon and add that, with Manchego, to the pasta and stir in well.
Serve with manchego cheese grated!
