The Story of BAR - Baker's Artisanal Recipes

BAR was born out of the need of creating real chocolate for bakers. We wanted to create Couverture pure cocoa butter based chocolate as opposed to 95% of India's Chocolate being Compound. BAR's chocolate factory based in Vadodara aims to become the home of Couverture Chocolate, to explain how did chocolate come into existence thousands of years ago and how it has gone through multiple evolutions - From being worshipped as food of the gods, to currency to now 'vegetable oil substituted product' known as compound to now getting back to the revolution of craft chocolate. BAR stands for Baker's Artisanal Recipes, which are the three pillars of our company any chocolate. We begun our entire operation by making a real cocoa butter based couverture chocolate that would be best suited for the baker's needs. We feature recipes across our website and socials to help the bakerpreneur create their own recipes and products from our chocolate.
