New PREFAB HOME Aims to Disrupt the Modular Industry

Prefab homes and offsite construction are a hot topic in the current housing market. People are looking for new solutions for problems like build times, limited supply and affordability which can be often be solved when building in a factory. Today I'm looking at a very cool prefab company that started out building accessory structures to add space to existing homes (usually in back yards) that is now building fully livable homes. In this video I look at who they are, what they're building and also check out their prices!
