Sometimes taking a calming walk around the ship is exactly what we need. Grab your walking pad or treadmill at home and join me as we walk the loop around the ship! Nothing like a little exercise to get the blood flowing! One lap on deck is equivalent to 0.4 miles or 0.64 km.
