Ep. 1 Flying to Alaska in a R66 Helicopter

Flying to Alaska from Utah in a Robinson R66 helicopter seems daunting but if you just take it one mile at a time eventually you’ll cover all 2000 plus miles. On the first leg of our journey to Alaska we fly from our home airport in Utah to Kalispel, Montana. This first day will set us up for our jump across the border into Canada. It also gives us an opportunity to work out any wrinkles with our plan before we expose ourselves to the wild lands of Canada and Alaska. Out there in the last frontier help will be slow in coming and small mistakes can be catastrophic.
