In those eight months she tried a new supplement stack, a different macro approach, a hormone reset protocol she found on Instagram, and at least two other programs I know of.

She was exhausted. She was frustrated. She felt like her body was broken.

It wasn’t broken. It was just never given enough time.

When she came back, we didn’t do anything different. We went back to the basics — the same ones she’d called boring. Whole foods. Dialed-in nutrition. Protein and fiber. Walking. Lifting. Sleep. Stress.

And this time she stayed.

I know how many of you are in that eight-month window right now. Jumping from thing to thing, looking for the version that finally clicks. Wondering if your body is just different, just harder, just broken in a way that the basics can’t fix.
