Welcome to part 4 of the drum studio construction diary. In this episode we take a closer look at the soundproofing method. Effective sound isolation is achieved by utilising what is called a two-leaf structure. this consists of two dense layers, separated by an air cavity.

Structurally, we are almost finished. In part 5, we will finish off the structure with the doors, windows, ventilation, and roof. Stay tuned!
