Advocates call for peaceful Indy 500 weekend after recent shootings

We are just days away from one of the busiest weekends in Indianapolis this year, with the Indianapolis 500, the Indiana Pacers at home for the playoffs and Memorial Day.

But after a violent weekend in the Circle City, with 15 people injured in 11 different shootings, one local community advocate on the east side is hoping this weekend won't be a repeat.
