Simple workflow for Jenkins 2.0 and Docker

A simple workflow presented with Jenkins 2.0 and Docker fulfilling 3 key requirements:

* the ability to have the build pipeline versioned in the source code repository
* the ability to build in an independent environment
* and to version that build environment together with the source code
