Kodak Mobile Film Scanner Overview & Review

This is an overview and demo of the Kodak Mobile Film Scanner. Is it an overpriced cardboard box? Or is it actually worth picking up?

Ultimately I end by saying that it has a very limited use as a preview device. As a scanner it performs very poorly due to the weakness or small size of the backlight. I love Kodak films and darkroom chemicals even though the prices keep going up. I think their cameras and other products are very overpriced cheap plastic junk. I don’t have experience using the camera/printers which look like decent Instax alternatives but I’m not sure. Anyway I hope this video helps inform potential buyers of this product.

Just for context, I bought this mobile scanner about a year ago, shortly before getting an Epson V600.

Sorry about a few times when the camera was out of focus. I normally use manual focus but totally forgot.
