This Broken Lucian Build Took Over the Game

Lucian felt completely broken with this build.

This gameplay is taken straight from my Twitch stream where I ended up taking over the game with insane damage, clean fights, and constant pressure. Once this build came online, it was almost impossible for the enemy team to deal with me.
