Protect your A/C during engine wash.
Water is the enemy of A/C electrics. During engine washing, always cover these parts:
1. A/C compressor clutch & connector.
2. Pressure sensors.
3. Relays & fuse box.
4. ECU and alternator.
Pro tips from Timemo;
1. Avoid high-pressure water jets.
2. Use light mist + brush where possible.
3. After wash, let the engine idle a few minutes to dry connectors.
Why it matters:
Wet A/C electrics = compressor not engaging, error codes, blown fuses, or total A/C failure.
