3-Ingredient Cheesecake | Japanese Soufflé Cheesecake

We want it easy, fast and cheap. Say no more, because here's the recipe that will answer all our wishes. To be honest, I was shocked when I first tasted it. It's soft and very delicious for a 3-ingredient cheesecake like this.

(You may use a springform pan but don't forget to wrap the bottom part with aluminum foil)
