NCCU Marching Band's 2020 Homecoming Celebration: 110 Years of Excellence

This year marks the 110th anniversary at North Carolina Central University. The marching and symphonic band plays a very important role at institutions of higher learning and especially at HBCU’s. The band contributes to the overall school culture, exemplifies school pride and adds an academic component which not only enriches the lives of students, but also instills life skills that stay with students forever. This year’s band homecoming celebration feature is both a fun celebration of the 110th anniversary, and a time capsule of the NCCU band “through the years” from 1938 to the present.
