Diving the Legendary Great Blue Hole 🌀 | Belize | March 26

On March 26, I had the chance to experience one of the world’s most iconic dive sites — the Great Blue Hole in Belize — with the amazing team at Amigos Del Mar.

Dropping into the deep blue, this dive is unlike anything else. The descent feels surreal as the light fades and the massive limestone walls begin to surround you. At around 130 feet, the famous stalactites come into view — ancient formations from a time when this was a dry cave system thousands of years ago.

The scale is hard to put into words. Towering formations, crystal-clear visibility, and that deep, endless blue all around you. Didn't see much life except the Bar Jack at the end.

This is not your typical colorful reef dive — it’s moody, dramatic, and absolutely unforgettable.

During one part, I did however make a mistake by turning on my dive light.
