This is a Sichuan food you must try that is very famous all throughout Sichuan, the intestines, when cooked right, are very delicious!

This is another Sichuan snack you really need to eat. They are spicy and so fragrant, especially when right out of the oven!

When you visit Chengdu to eat the street food, you MUST try the Dan Dan Noodles, there is so much flavour in each bite, with the ground pork and all of the chili oil, there is truly nothing better, it's true NOODLE HEAVEN!
